FETHIYE - 12 ISLANDS - KEKOVA - FETHIYE
Fethiye to 12 Islands
Today we begin our cruise in the small but vibrant town of Fethiye. We will head out into the beautiful Gulf of Fethiye and the 12 Islands region. Slip into holiday mode - swim, sunbathe, snorkel and enjoy a cold drink as the sunsets. Tonight we will drop anchor at either Tersane (Shipyard) Bay or Flat Island.
12 Islands to St Nicholas Island
This morning we will cruise to Bedri Rahmi Bay, where we will go ashore and walk to the amazing King's Tomb before taking a dip at Cleopatra's Bath, said to have been a wedding gift to Cleopatra from Marcus Antonius. We will then move on to Oludeniz Beach to swim in the amazing blue lagoon. We will anchor close to large rocks, and those who are brave can try cliff diving. In the afternoon we will cruise to St Nicholas Island - there are loads of water sports to keep you busy, or try gozleme, the Turkish pancake. The best sunset in Turkey can be found at the top of St Nicholas Island.
St Nicholas Island to Kas
Bu sabah kahvaltıdan sonra Kaş'a gitmeden önce kristal mavi sularda yüzmek ve şnorkelle dalmak için Akvaryum Koyu'na doğru yola çıkacağız. Arnavut kaldırımlı eski sokaklarda dolaşabilir, muhteşem pazarları keşfedebilir, gümüş takılı dükkanlarını ziyaret edebilir ve ya isteğe bağlı bir tüplü dalış gezisi yapabilirsiniz.
Kas to Gokkaya Bay
Today we will discover the many wonders of Turkey's Mediterranean coast, starting with the Sunken City of Kekova. The city was destroyed in an earthquake in the 2nd century and its ruins can still be seen. We then head to Simena, where you can join the optional walk to the castle. This evening we dock in Gokkaya Bay for the night.
Gokkaya Bay to Kocakari Bay
Today we cruise on to the beautiful old fishing village of Ucagiz and the stunning Aperlai Bay. There is the option of trekking through the Aperlai ruins before having Turkish tea at the top. In the afternoon you can sunbathe, swim and relax before we cruise to Kocakari Bay, where we will stay for the night.
Kocakari Bay to Firnaz Bay
Today we will stop at the old fishing village of Kalkan, known for its beautiful beaches and stunning views of the Mediterranean. Spend the day here at the beaches or in the town shopping and eating Turkish ice cream. In the afternoon we will cruise to Firnaz Bay, where we will have dinner and sleep under the stars.
Firnaz Bay to Tarzans Bay/Samanlik
The crew will start the engines early so you can wake up at the amazing Butterfly Valley. Here we will have breakfast and then you can swim in this stunningly beautiful bay and walk to the waterfall. Then we will head to Cold Spring Bay - it really is what the name suggests - and later anchor at Samanlik Bay.
Tarzans Bay / Samanlik to Fethiye
This morning there is time for breakfast and a last swim before we return to Fethiye and say goodbye.
